Auchtenny Fold has been a member of HERDCARE since 1998, with all cattle tested annually for IBR, BVD, Johnnes and Lepto and every four years for TB and Brucellosis. As a closed herd replacements are generally homebred with other cattle occasionally purchased from similarly accredited health status folds.
